About
Lavenderbyte was created by a Computer Science teacher who was tired of blank classroom walls.
Walls that should have been helping students learn… but weren’t.
Because in most classrooms, Computer Science is taught from slides, textbooks, and screens — but nothing around the room helps students see the subject.
So I designed the posters I wished existed.
Posters that explain.
Posters that engage.
Posters that make Computer Science feel clear, calm, and visual.
What started in one classroom is now used by teachers and students around the world to turn ordinary walls into visual learning spaces for Computer Science.

Why Lavenderbyte is different
Lavenderbyte is not a general resource website.
It is built around one powerful idea:
If students can see it every day, they understand it faster.
Every poster is designed to:
- simplify complex computing ideas
- catch attention without overwhelming
- make classrooms feel calm, modern, and purposeful
- help students absorb concepts without even realising it
This is visual learning for Computer Science.
Created by a real Computer Science teacher
I’ve been teaching for over 15 years. I know what students struggle with.
I know what teachers don’t have time to make.
And I know how much classroom environment affects focus and confidence.
Lavenderbyte exists to solve that.
Everything you see here is made from real classroom experience — not theory.

What you’ll find here
Lavenderbyte specialises in:
Visual Computer Science Posters
Carefully designed posters that explain topics clearly and beautifully — perfect for classrooms, labs, corridors, and study spaces.
Supporting Classroom Resources
Worksheets, cards, planners, and printable tools that work alongside the posters to reinforce understanding.
Designs that make CS classrooms feel inspiring
Some designs are simply there to make your space feel like a Computer Science classroom should feel — modern, thoughtful, and engaging.

Our mission
To help teachers turn their classrooms into places where Computer Science finally makes sense.
And to help students feel that this subject is not intimidating — but accessible, understandable, and even enjoyable.
